- You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Support the Accounting function within the business and assist central accounting processes, maintain documentation, and contribute to achieving operational and strategic goals.
- Create, develop, and track KPIs, ensure SLA compliance, and drive efficiency across processes.
- Support the transfer and integration of activities from international entities into the service organization.
- Implement process changes and improvements in all accounting processes with the support of Key Users and Operations Team Leads.
- Responsible for all training activities within WBS Accounting, based on the training catalogue within the Finance Academy, selecting, organizing the training materials, documentation, and trainers.
- This is what you bring to us: Experience in operational accounting department, preferably in an SSC environment, with a broad understanding of all accounting areas.
- Ability to run workshops and meetings.
- Ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders across all disciplines of the organization, from operational functions to top management levels.
- Experience in month-end and year-end closing activities according to IFRS.
- Good working experience with the standard business tools like MS Excel and MS Power BI.
- Good understanding of SAP R/3: Accounting modules (AM, AR, AP, GL) & Controlling modules (CO, PS, EC-PCA und COUPA).
- Be a problem solver and have excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills is highly appreciated.
