Responsibilities − Operations & reliability
- Operate and monitor a complex global SAP landscape, ensuring high availability, performance and reliability across SAP ECC 6.0, NetWeaver 7.0, SAP S/4HANA 2025, BW/BI, SAP Datasphere, SAC, BTP, Cloud ALM, CPI and AS Java. − Cloud operations
- Administer SAP Private Cloud environments and support cloud transformation initiatives. − Lifecycle management
- Plan and support installations, upgrades, patches, support packages, kernel and SAP GUI updates, and release migrations. − System copies
- Execute homogeneous and heterogeneous system copies and landscape refreshes. − Security & access
- Support IAM, user administration, role and privileged access concepts, SSO integrations (SAML 2.0 and SPNEGO), and digital certificate lifecycle management. − Change & transport
- Manage the SAP transport infrastructure and technical change implementation. − Archiving
- Support enterprise archiving solutions. − Service management
- Monitor performance, capacity and platform health; resolve incidents and problems in line with agreed SLAs. − Project delivery
