Salary: £45,000 - 73,000 per year
Requirements
- Proven experience leading End User Computing or Digital Workplace teams in a complex organisation
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and modern endpoint management
- Strong experience with Windows, macOS, mobile device management and endpoint security
- Experience partnering with Cyber Security teams on Zero Trust, identity and data protection initiatives
- Track record of improving service performance and end-user experience at scale
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting at leadership level
- Strong people leadership, vendor management and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver our End User Computing strategy across devices, workplace technology and collaboration tools
- Lead global teams responsible for endpoint management, device lifecycle, workplace services and user support
- Drive adoption of modern management technologies, including Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
- Improve service performance, user experience and operational efficiency through automation and continuous improvement
- Partner with Cyber Security teams to strengthen endpoint security, identity management and compliance
- Lead major technology projects, including upgrades, migrations and workplace transformation initiatives
- Manage key technology suppliers and service partners
- Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
