We have partnered with an established organisation seeking a Data Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership and oversight of its existing data engineering function. The organisation has invested in Microsoft Fabric and has an established data platform supporting wider reporting capabilities. The role focuses on technical detail, resolving problems and ensuring solutions are robust, well-documented and consistently delivered, rather than high-level strategy. This is an initial three-month contract with a view to extension, based in Cambridge with three days per week onsite. The rate is £500–£600 per day, and the role is inside IR35.
