Requirements
- Experience in a Scrum Master or similar delivery-focused role
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum practices
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Experience working closely with Product Owners
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Proactive approach to solving problems and overcoming delivery challenges
- Scrum certification is advantageous; relevant certifications such as PSM, CSM, or SAFe Scrum Master are welcome
- Skills in coaching, facilitation, removing blockers, communicating clearly, Agile tooling and metrics, and wider framework knowledge
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support day-to-day delivery across the team
- Work with Product Owners to keep the backlog prioritised and ready
- Help the team plan, track, and deliver its work effectively
- Identify and remove blockers to keep delivery on track
- Manage risks and dependencies, escalating where needed
- Provide clear progress visibility to stakeholders
- Build strong collaboration across technical and business teams
- Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement
