We are an established specialist engineering software company just outside Lincoln, with a small, product-driven team. Our flagship modelling software has been developed for more than 40 years and is used by local authorities and engineering consultancies across the UK and internationally. We are developing several new Windows desktop applications, and this office-based role in Lincolnshire involves working on site while learning our products and industry; greater flexibility may be considered over time.
You will work alongside an experienced development team and the engineers who use and teach our software. The salary is £35,000–£50,000, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and three additional days for the Christmas closure, a company pension with a generous employer contribution, private medical insurance after one year subject to insurer acceptance and a maximum premium limit, and training in industry terminology and our software. The role offers influence over architecture, engineering practice, and product development, in an informal, flexible working environment with short lines of communication and direct access to experienced engineers.
