- Set consumer product direction by identifying and sizing opportunities, deciding what to build, and aligning priorities with the wider business.
- Define success metrics and targets, establish tracking before development, and use A/B testing and proxy metrics to measure product impact.
- Reduce friction in the purchase journey and build features that personalise the experience and encourage fan loyalty.
- Improve the post-purchase experience, including event entry, scanning, and accessibility, using insights from Customer Support.
- Work with Marketing, Data, Business Development, and executive stakeholders to understand commercial problems, propose solutions, and negotiate trade-offs.
- Partner with the CTO and engineering team to select sound technical approaches and deliver focused MVPs without over-engineering.
- Lead user experience and shape interfaces hands-on with Front-End Developers, using AI tools to generate ideas and prototypes.
- Represent the voice of fans by analysing user journeys, running lightweight experiments, and observing how fans use our technology at events.
