Requirements: Current UK DV clearance is essential.Experience supporting enterprise network environments, including installing, configuring, or maintaining network switches, wireless infrastructure, communications equipment, or structured cabling in secure environments.Good understanding of switching technologies, VLANs, TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Meraki, or similar networking technologies.Knowledge of Wi-Fi and VoIP solutions.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a secure, customer-focused environment.Experience maintaining accurate technical documentation. Responsibilities: Support the operation and maintenance of network and communications infrastructure.Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VoIP environments.Diagnose faults, resolve incidents, and escalate issues where required.Configure and support switches, routers, wireless access points, and related network equipment.Assist with implementing, testing, and commissioning new network and communications solutions.Support infrastructure and communications projects through handover into service.Produce and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and asset records.Participate in change management activities, technical reviews, and project meetings.
