Requirements
- Strong project management experience
- Previous experience managing SAP projects, ideally SAP SuccessFactors projects
- Demonstrable experience managing SuccessFactors implementations
- Comfortable working in a client-facing project environment
- Able to manage delivery without taking on hands-on functional consultancy or system configuration
- Willing and able to travel to client sites when required

We are a highly specialised HRIS consultancy providing advisory services on HCM projects and engagements. This is a client-facing project management role focused on delivery rather than hands-on system configuration or implementation. The role is open to candidates anywhere in the UK, with a North West location potentially advantageous; we offer predominantly home-based, flexible working with client-site travel. Travel may typically be one or two days per week at the start of an engagement, reducing to one or two days per fortnight as the project progresses. The salary is up to £75,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, remote and flexible working, and a 10% bonus.
