Requirements
- Proven experience as a functional consultant on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations
- Strong hands-on skills with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- At least one full lifecycle implementation
- Confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders at every level
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery
- Bonus: Microsoft certifications (PL-200, MB-210, or MB-230), Power BI experience, or public sector/financial services experience
Responsibilities
- Run requirements workshops with business stakeholders and turn their needs into functional designs
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE apps, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and/or Marketing
- Design and build Power Platform solutions using model-driven and canvas apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Write functional specifications and user stories
- Work with technical teams on integrations and customisations
- Support testing, UAT, data migration, training, and go-live
- Advise clients on best practices to help them get the most from the Microsoft stack
