Requirements
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and the wider Power Platform
- Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring functional features
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile project environments is desirable
- Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE to meet business needs
- Support the design and implementation of CRM solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and architects to deliver solutions
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities
- Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations across the Dynamics 365 platform
