Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a legal practice or professional services business
- Hands-on experience with Contract Express or a similar document automation platform
- Experience with Power BI and low/no-code tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps
- Strong SharePoint and Microsoft Office skills
- Clear communication and strong time-management skills when working with lawyers and other stakeholders
- Experience with, or a genuine interest in, AI and emerging technologies is desirable
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain automated legal templates in Contract Express
- Work with Knowledge Lawyers, Counsel and Leads to turn requirements into working automation
- Support Knowledge solutions built in SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI
- Contribute to AI platform projects as required
- Deliver work against a prioritised automation pipeline and agreed timelines

We are recruiting for an Automation and AI Analyst to join the knowledge team of a leading global law firm in London. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, paying £50,000–£60,000, with hybrid working and three days per week on-site.
