Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements
- Solid experience providing 1st and 2nd line support in a Microsoft environment
- Hands-on experience with Intune, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
- Ability to take ownership of problems and maintain good records
- Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Veeam, Group Policy or PowerShell would be beneficial
- Security knowledge and relevant certifications are a bonus
Responsibilities
- Look after Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Active Directory and Entra ID
- Support Windows Server, Azure Local, Veeam and core network services
- Set up laptops and resolve meeting room screen issues
- Respond to security alerts and support Cyber Essentials Plus
- Contribute to projects, including an office redesign and a new ERP system
- Join the IT support rota and assist with occasional out-of-hours tasks

The role is based in Nantgarw, with occasional travel to another South Wales site; hybrid working is available once you are settled in.
