Requirements
- Strong experience in test automation architecture and framework design
- Expertise with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Rest Assured
- Hands-on experience in API and integration testing automation
- Knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS or similar enterprise WMS platforms
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, TypeScript, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
- Understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and modern architectures
- Knowledge of test data management and environment setup
- Strong stakeholder and cross-team collaboration skills
- Desirable: Experience with Blue Yonder WMS implementations or upgrades in a retail environment
- Desirable: Exposure to test automation frameworks and performance testing for WMS systems
- Desirable: Familiarity with data migration and validation during legacy-to-modern platform transitions
- Desirable: Understanding of cloud-based deployments and DevOps practices in testing
Responsibilities
- Define and implement an enterprise-wide test automation strategy and roadmap
- Design scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing
- Lead end-to-end test automation across Blue Yonder WMS and integrated systems
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
- Select and standardize automation tools, technologies, and best practices
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and DevOps teams to enable shift-left testing
- Ensure high test coverage and reusability of automation assets
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to automation engineers
- Oversee defect management, prioritization, and resolution tracking
- Drive test data management and environment strategy for automation
- Monitor and report automation metrics, ROI, and quality improvements
- Drive Agile testing practices, automation, and continuous quality improvement

The role involves leading testing strategy and execution across functional, system, integration, and automation streams to support quality across complex warehouse and supply chain processes.
