We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to play a key role in supporting end-to-end supply chain operations for a growing technology and manufacturing organization. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to work across procurement, supplier management, international logistics, and cross-functional operations, partnering with teams that help deliver critical products around the world.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full purchase order lifecycle through Coupa, ensuring timely and accurate procurement support.
- Track and drive key procurement performance metrics, including on-time PO issuance and operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with construction, operations, and project teams to support purchasing activities and project execution.
- Coordinate procurement for hardware, equipment, and installation requests across the business.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, working cross-functionally to ensure timely payment processing and vendor satisfaction.
- Manage and clear invoices on hold within Pay Central, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Coordinate shipments with international suppliers, including complex global transactions requiring specialized import/export documentation.
- Lead supplier onboarding activities and ensure vendors are properly integrated into procurement systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve procurement operations, and enhance supplier performance.
What Makes You Successful
- Strong experience managing purchase orders, invoicing, and procurement processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to investigate issues, connect the dots, and drive problems through to resolution.
- Experience working with ERP, MRP, MES, or other enterprise systems. SAP experience is highly valued.
- Exceptional organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and external suppliers.
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Work Environment
Based onsite in Bellevue, WA, you'll be part of a collaborative team, supporting the end-to-end supply chain for antenna manufacturing and deployment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $41.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
