- Day Shift: Two 12-hour shifts, Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM - 11:30 PM
Immediate Need: Part-Time Weekend Day Shift and Full-Time 3rd Shift candidates.
Position Overview
We're seeking technically minded individuals who enjoy troubleshooting hardware and software issues and can logically work through problems to identify root causes. This role is ideal for candidates with Help Desk, Desktop Support, Geek Squad, IT Support, Field Technician, or other technical troubleshooting experience who are interested in applying those skills in a manufacturing environment. Manufacturing experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment and production issues.
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Follow established safety and operational procedures.
- Perform routine inspections and support equipment operation.
- Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams.
- Accurately document issues and corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new processes and technical concepts quickly.
- Comfortable working independently during off-shift hours.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Manufacturing, production, maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
