Job Title: Powder Coat PainterJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Powder Coat Painter where you will operate a modern, automated powder-coat paint line and perform detail work by hand. You will be responsible for cleaning and prepping sheet metal surfaces to achieve a flawless finish. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet high-quality standards and perform basic routine and preventative maintenance on painting equipment.

Essential Skills
- Previous powder coating experience on large industrial projects.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Capability to lift 50+ lbs as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ months of powder coat experience.
- Experience with paint booths and sandblasting.

Work EnvironmentWork within two distinct buildings one dedicated to painting and the other to welding and fabrication. Experience a well-organized workflow in a clean environment, with regular cleaning after each shift.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Buffalo, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
