- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems
- Diagnose and repair motors, drives, conveyors, and other manufacturing equipment
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLC diagnostics and three-phase electrical systems
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and power transmission systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Welding experience is a plus
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Schedule
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Overtime and weekend hours available based on business needs

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Northlake, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $83000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.medical dental and vision
