Aerotek is hiring for night shift maintenance technicians in Taylor and Carbondale paying $28-32/hour!
Job DescriptionThis role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and auxiliary equipment in a high-speed packaging manufacturing environment. You will perform both preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime, efficiency, and safety. The position offers flexible shift options and the opportunity to work independently as a key contributor to continuous operations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all production and auxiliary production equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on high-speed packaging machinery to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on equipment, including motors, motor controls, and drive systems.
- Conduct PLC-related troubleshooting to identify and correct control system faults and support efficient machine operation.
- Work with VFDs and drivers to maintain and repair variable speed and motor control systems.

- Openness to a 4x4 12-hour shift schedule if needed.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Taylor, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
