2nd Shift $17 an hour 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
3rd Shift $20 an hour 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

A leading printing company in the Bloomsburg/Berwick area is seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to support our growing operation. We produce a wide variety of printed products including invitations, envelopes, labels, magazine inserts, and promotional materials. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with potential for long-term employment.
Job Duties
- Assist machine operators with production runs
- Load materials into printing and finishing equipment
- Pull, sort, and organize customer orders
- Stack, package, and palletize finished products
- Prepare shipments and move materials throughout the facility
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Help meet daily production and quality goals
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift, stack, and move materials throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomsburg, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
