Job Title: Inventory SupervisorJob DescriptionThe Inventory Supervisor oversees all aspects of inventory control within a production environment, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely cycle counts, and reliable data entry to support smooth operations and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory management activities to ensure accurate stock levels and timely updates.
• Lead and coordinate inventory control processes across the production environment.
• Plan, execute, and monitor regular cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and reconcile inventory records against physical stock and system data.
• Perform accurate data entry of inventory transactions, adjustments, and movements into the inventory management system.
• Monitor inventory trends and report issues such as variances, shortages, and overstock situations.
• Collaborate with production and other operational teams to ensure inventory availability for scheduled work.
• Implement and follow standardized procedures for inventory handling, storage, and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and control.
• Maintain clear and organized records of inventory activities for auditing and reporting purposes.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in inventory management within a production or operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience conducting cycle counts and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
• Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret inventory data and identify issues or trends.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple inventory tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with production and operations teams.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
