We are hiring Electrical Assembly Technicians to build and wire industrial chiller systems. This is a hands-on role where you'll work with electrical components, control panels, motors, sensors, and high-voltage wiring while building equipment used in industrial and commercial applications.
What You'll Do
- Wire and assemble electrical systems from start to finish
- Install components including relays, contactors, motors, sensors, and control panels
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Perform testing and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Work closely with production and engineering teams
What We're Looking For
- Experience with electrical assembly, panel wiring, or industrial electrical work
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Bonus Qualifications
- HVAC, refrigeration, or chiller experience
- Industrial manufacturing experience
- Large-gauge wiring experience
- Electrical schooling or technical training

Schedule
Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PMThis version will attract more candidates because the first things they see are 4-day work week, Day 1 benefits, overtime, growth opportunities, and long-term stability, which are usually stronger motivators than the technical job duties.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
