General Laborer $20-22 NO Experience Required! We are looking for dependable, hardworking Machine Helpers / Production Associates to support machine operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a physical, hands-on position ideal for candidates with previous warehouse, manufacturing, packaging, or machine-operation experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators by bringing materials to production equipment.
- Keep up with a fast-paced production environment while maintaining safe work practices.
- Help minimize scrap and production waste.
- Move full scrap loads to the appropriate department and properly tag material for waste reporting.
- Bale cardboard and collect scrap throughout the production area.
- Sweep floors, remove garbage, and perform light housekeeping duties.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area.
- Work independently while also supporting the production team as needed.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
