Position Overview
Aerotek is currently hiring General Utility Workers for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Pleasant Prairie. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals with manufacturing or warehouse experience who are looking for stable employment, consistent hours, and significant overtime opportunities. Team members may be assigned to various production support functions, including sanitation, packing, palletizing, and box-making operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sanitation / Pack-Off
- Remove and dispose of excess materials from production areas.
- Break down and discard incoming packaging materials and labels.
- Sort waste into designated recycling and disposal containers.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, machines, and containers using approved disinfectants.
Packer
- Assist with machine setup and breakdown during sanitation processes.
- Pack finished products into designated boxes.
- Inspect products for quality and defects.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
Palletizer
- Inspect finished cases for proper sealing and labeling.
- Operate pallet jacks to move finished product.
- Assemble and disassemble equipment for cleaning and sanitation.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
- Palletize finished products weighing up to 50 lbs.
Box Maker
- Supply production lines with boxes and labels.
- Verify labels and packaging materials match product specifications.
- Monitor materials for damage or defects.
- Document movement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Build and palletize completed boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of manufacturing or warehouse experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Ability and willingness to work overtime Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable attendance and work ethic

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
