What You'll Do
- Wash and prepare metal parts before painting
- Load and unload products on the paint line
- Rack and handle metal components safely
- Learn powder coating techniques and spray powder coat paint
- Perform quality inspections to ensure a smooth, even finish
- Follow production schedules and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work as part of a fast-paced manufacturing team
Qualifications
Required
At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable wearing steel-toe boots and a face mask when required
Preferred
Previous paint line, powder coating, or industrial painting experience Experience loading/unloading materials Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience Familiarity with quality inspections and production processes
Shift Options & Pay
1st Shift
🕒 Monday-Friday | 6:15 AM - 2:45 PM💲 Starting Pay: $20.50/hr Overtime may require starting as early as 4:45 AM Mandatory Saturday overtime approximately 1-2 times per month
2nd Shift
🕒 Monday-Friday | 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM💲 Starting Pay: $22.75/hr Additional overtime opportunities available

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.75/hr.
