General Production Worker | Direct Hire
Location: Greenfield, IN Pay: $21/hr- $23/hrShift: Multiple shifts availableResponsibilities
- Load and unload products from production machines
- Push, pull, and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Operate shot blasting equipment as needed
- Weigh and package products according to customer specifications
- Document materials, batch numbers, and production information
- Keep machines supplied and production running efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a hot, industrial manufacturing environment
- Comfortable standing and performing physical labor for 8-12 hours
- Experience in general labor, manufacturing, or production environments
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
