Now Hiring Warehouse Production Associates
Location: Cranford, NY
Pay Range: $16.25 - $17.50/hr pending schedule
SummaryWe are looking for a Warehouse Associate capable of filling a variety of roles on our production and fulfillment team. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who pays close attention to detail. We are a rapidly-growing company; you'll have the opportunity to grow along with us!
Responsibilities
- Fill products in our production areas using tools such as scoops and scales
- Pick, pack, and/or ship customer orders using scanners, computers, or printers
- Maintain good housekeeping in work areas
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within a food production environment
- Operate equipment, as necessary, or in accordance with heavy lifter roles
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Skills
- Ability to work a full-time schedule during your selected shift
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. pending department
- Able to on average stand/walk 10 hours at a time with additional movements such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and/or reaching
- Able to work in a facility with various allergens, including nuts
- A strong sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent work ethic, always on time, and very reliable
- Able to communicate respectfully, effectively, and professionally with peers and managers
- High school diploma, or its equivalent, or 2+ years experience in a warehouse or food production environment preferred

- The role is based in a temperature-controlled food production and warehouse facility where various allergens, including nuts, are present.
- The dress code is casual, and jeans and sneakers are acceptable.
- Work involves periods of standing and walking, along with regular physical movements such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
- Multiple shift options are available:
- Sunday to Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Wednesday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Monday to Friday from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM.
- The environment emphasizes cleanliness, adherence to GMPs and SOPs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.25 - $16.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
