Job Summary
Hands-on manufacturing role loading parts into machines, monitoring robotic operations, performing quality checks, and maintaining production flow. Responsibilities
- Load and secure parts in production machines.
- Monitor robotic unloading and stacking operations.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and defects.
- Sort and organize parts by part number and specifications.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Support production needs, including overtime and weekend work.
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, farming, landscaping, or other labor roles.
- Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Clair, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
