Job Title: Hand BuilderJob DescriptionJoin our team to assist in the construction and assembly of wooden pallets. We are seeking dedicated individuals to help stack wood, load it into machinery, and assemble parts to create high-quality pallets.
Responsibilities
- Stack wood and load it into machinery.
- Assemble parts to build pallets.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day.
- Capability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Experience in manufacturing or construction.
- Proficiency in using hand and air tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Basic carpentry skills.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Familiarity with heavy lifting and tool usage.

Work EnvironmentWork in our semi climate-controlled, brand-new facility equipped with the latest machinery and contractor accommodations. The dress code requires shorts or long work pants, steel toe boots, with safety glasses, ear plugs, and gloves provided for your safety.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Oxford, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
