The culture rewards reliability, teamwork, and safety, and offers the opportunity to earn meaningful monthly bonuses when the operation performs well and you maintain solid attendance and performance.

Work EnvironmentThis position is based in an industrial manufacturing setting that produces metal switches used on power lines to transfer electricity. The environment is a true shop floor, not a semiconductor or clean-room facility, and can be dirty with dust and particles typical of metal and mechanical work. Temperature in the facility generally reflects outside conditions, so wearing warm clothes in the winter and cooler clothes in the summer is important.

While performing duties, you are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and frequently to vibration, and may occasionally encounter fumes, airborne particles, and outside weather conditions. The noise level is usually loud, and you will spend significant time around forklifts and other industrial equipment, making adherence to safety procedures and appropriate work attire essential.
