Machine Operator - No Experience Required | Paid Training | Career Growth

What You'll Do
- Operate production machinery used to create specialty printing products
- Measure, weigh, and mix materials according to production specifications
- Monitor equipment performance and inspect finished products for quality
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, and preventative maintenance
- Use measuring tools to verify product dimensions and specifications
- Assist with packaging, assembly, inspection, and other production tasks
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Move and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs
What We're Looking For
- No manufacturing experience required - paid training provided
- Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, or production experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to work on your feet and stay productive in a fast-paced environment

Schedule
1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PMOccasional early-outs and overtime opportunities available.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of NEWPORT NEWS, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.44 - $17.44/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
