Are you a MIG Welder, Structural Welder, Welder/Fabricator, or a recent Tulsa Welding School graduate looking to start your welding career? We are actively hiring skilled and entry-level welders for a growing structural steel fabrication facility in Tulsa. Recent Graduates Encouraged to Apply

- Candidates with hands-on MIG welding training are encouraged to apply
- Structural welding experience is preferred, but motivated welders with strong welding school training will be considered
Responsibilities
- Perform Structural MIG and Flux-Core welding
- Weld in vertical (3G), overhead, and horizontal positions
- Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Use tape measures and layout tools accurately
- Operate grinders and welding equipment safely
- Support fitting and fabrication activities as needed
- Produce quality welds that meet shop standards
Requirements
MIG Welding experience or welding school training Ability to read blueprints and tape measures Comfortable welding in multiple positions (3G, 4F) Ability to pass a welding test:
- 3G MIG Welding Test on ¼" Carbon Plate
- 4F MIG Welding Test on ¼" Plate
- Clean starts and stops required
Preferred Qualifications
- Structural welding experience
- Flux-Core welding experience
- Structural fitting experience
- Manufacturing or fabrication shop experience
Work Environment
- Large structural steel fabrication facility
- 10-building manufacturing campus
- Non-climate-controlled shop
- Stable, long-term work with consistent projects

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
