Welder - MIG & Flux Core - Starting Pay $23-28/hour
Job DescriptionJoin a dedicated team at a site specializing in building large industrial scales for the trucking and aggregate industry. We are seeking skilled MIG/Flux Core Welders for both 1st and 2nd shift. Your primary focus will be welding mild steel. Why Work Here? Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on mild steel.
- Interpret and work from blueprints to fabricate and weld structures.
- Ensure weld quality meets company standards.
- Grind and finish welds as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in MIG welding.
- Experience with Flux Core welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience or formal schooling in welding.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worthington, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
