Production Worker @ Aerotek

Job Title: Production DeboxerJob DescriptionAs a Production Deboxer, youll play an important role in keeping production and shipments moving efficiently. This is a hands-on position where youll prepare products for shipment, organize and consolidate pallets, track order information, and help load completed orders onto trucks. This is a great fit for someone with warehouse, production, packing, shipping, or general labor experience who enjoys staying active and is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and prepare products for production and shipment.
• Pack, organize, and consolidate orders to maximize available truck space.
• Record pallet and case counts accurately on load sheets.
• Organize and load pallets onto trucks using the appropriate loading configuration.
• Track CHEP and PECO pallets used during loading.
• Properly label and identify pallets for customer orders.
• Place temperature recorders on shipments when required.
• Communicate with drivers once loads are complete and ready to leave.
• Complete and return shipping paperwork accurately and on time.
• Assist with general packing, production, and warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow all gowning, sterilization, safety, and cleanliness procedures.

EssentialSkills

• Previous warehouse, production, packing, shipping, or general labor experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the shift.
• Ability to accurately count products and complete basic paperwork.
• Strong attention to detail when handling orders, pallets, and documentation.
• Ability to follow loading and shipping instructions.
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.
• Dependable and able to follow established safety and sanitation procedures.

AdditionalSkills & Qualifications

• Experience working with palletized products or material handling is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of shipping, receiving, or loading is a plus.
• Comfortable communicating with drivers, Customer Service Representatives, and team members.
• Strong focus on order accuracy, product handling, and getting shipments out on time.
• Willingness to learn and take on different production or warehouse responsibilities as needed.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.45/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
