Ensamblador(a) / Tapicero(a) de Sillas Médicas
Descripción del Trabajo
Buscamos personas responsables para trabajar en la fabricación de sillas médicas. Las tareas incluyen ensamblar partes, apoyar en trabajos de tapicería y utilizar herramientas manuales básicas. No se requiere experiencia avanzada; ofrecemos capacitación en el puesto.
Responsabilidades
- Ensamblar piezas y componentes de sillas médicas.
- Colocar, ajustar y grapar materiales de tapicería como tela, vinilo o acolchado.
- Utilizar herramientas manuales básicas de forma segura.
- Seguir instrucciones sencillas de supervisores y líderes de equipo.
- Revisar que las piezas estén correctamente ensambladas y tapizadas.
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
- Mover materiales y componentes dentro del área de producción.
- Trabajar en equipo para cumplir con las metas diarias de producción.
- Apoyar en otras tareas generales de producción cuando sea necesario.
Requisitos
- Experiencia en ensamblaje, manufactura, tapicería, construcción o trabajo general de producción es preferida.
- Capacidad para usar herramientas manuales básicas.
- Buena actitud y disposición para aprender.
- Capacidad para realizar tareas repetitivas y mantenerse activo durante el turno.
- Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.
- Puntualidad y asistencia confiable.

Horario
- Primer turno: Lunes a jueves, de 4:30 a.m. a 3:00 p.m.
- Posibilidad de horas extras y trabajo los viernes según las necesidades de producción.
Ambiente de Trabajo
- Planta de manufactura con temperaturas variables.
- Trabajo de pie la mayor parte del día.
- Uso frecuente de herramientas manuales y estaciones de ensamblaje/tapicería.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
