What You'll Do
- Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring harnesses
- Perform soldering and electronic assembly work
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings
- Conduct quality inspections and basic electrical testing
- Complete production documentation and assembly records
- Follow quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures
What We're Looking For
- Electronics or electromechanical assembly experience
- Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Experience
- Aerospace manufacturing
- Through-hole and surface-mount soldering
- IPC standards
- Wiring harness assembly
- Electrical testing and troubleshooting

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.90/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
