Job Title: Parts SpecialistJob DescriptionYou will be responsible for managing the parts room including purchasing, basic maintenance, inventory, and distribution of tools and replacement parts. These tools and parts are for industrial maintenance employees to ensure consistent maintenance of machinery. You will be responsible for the following:
- Receive incoming parts and ensure all ordered parts are accounted for
- Issuing parts to maintenance technicians and tracking parts usage
- Adjusting current stock and inventory levels based on maintenance schedules and machinery repairs
- Work with purchasing departments and order spare parts and necessary materials
- Utilized computers systems to track parts, inventory, and parts availability
- Complete and perform basic maintenance on tooling
Hours: 7:00AM to 3:30PM ; Monday - Friday OR 8:00AM to 4:30PM ; Monday - Friday (Flexible Schedule)Essential Skills
- 2+ years of relevant parts, inventory, or other relevant experience
- Mechanical experience preferred (previous mechanic, maintenance, assembly, or other mechanical experience)
- Comfortable using computer systems
- Comfortable using various tools preferred

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
