Machine Operator | 1st Shift-$19-20/hr.
🔧 Join a growing manufacturing team and help produce high-quality cable products! We're looking for a hands-on Machine Operator to set up and operate cable manufacturing equipment, perform quality checks, troubleshoot basic machine issues, and support daily production operations.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate cable manufacturing machines
- Monitor production and maintain quality standards
- Perform cable testing and inspections
- Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Take measurements and verify product specifications
- Support multiple production lines and general shop activities
- Follow safety, housekeeping, and production procedures

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
