Job Responsibilities
- Fit and fabricate structural steel frames, skids, platforms, and supports
- Read and interpret fabrication blueprints and drawings
- Measure, mark, cut, fit, and align structural steel components
- Perform tack welding and MIG/Flux-Core welding
- Use fabrication tools, grinders, saws, tape measures, and layout equipment
- Inspect assemblies and ensure quality standards are met
- Work closely with welders and production teams to complete projects safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Structural fitting or structural welding experience preferred
- Ability to read fabrication blueprints
- Experience measuring, cutting, fitting, and assembling steel components
- MIG welding experience preferred
- Familiarity with fabrication shop environments
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
