Shift: 9am-5:30pmPay: $26/hrLocation: Newark, CAContract: Permanite Job DescriptionWe are seeking an L1 Material Handler to support logistics operations within data center environments. This role combines material handling, inventory management, logistics coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure critical infrastructure and equipment are delivered where and when they are needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage material handling and inventory control.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- Communicate effectively across multiple departments.
- Perform data entry and inventory management tasks.
- Ensure safety and accuracy in handling and transporting materials.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in data entry and inventory management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, scanners, and inventory systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or material handling environments preferred.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate an electric pallet jack.
- Analytical mindset and tech-comfortable.
- Customer-service oriented.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.PTO, Health Benefits, Career Development
