General Labor Position, Start immediately,$27/hr - $35/hr, weekly payDescription:
- Unload product (plates) from molds in a safe and efficient manner.
- Cut excess rubber from plates with precision to meet production quality standards.
- Apply glue and securely mount plates onto cylinders used in printing presses.
- Use hand tools and tape measures accurately during plate preparation and assembly tasks.
- Perform general labor and production duties as needed to support overall workflow.
- Pack and handle materials properly to maintain order and protect products from damage.
- Follow written and verbal instructions consistently to complete tasks correctly and on time.
- Maintain accurate written records related to plate preparation, production activities, and materials used.
- Apply basic math and ruler skills to measure and verify plate dimensions and placement.
- Work with close attention to detail to ensure plates are prepared and installed correctly.
- Organize work area and materials to promote efficiency and a clean, orderly environment.
- Perform job tasks that involve walking, bending, reaching, and lifting as part of daily duties.
- Monitor visual details on plates and cylinders, relying on good eyesight to detect defects or misalignments.

- 1st shift Monday to Friday 6am-2pm
- Pay is $18.50/hr,.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
