We are seeking a Digital Product Owner to join a growing digital team focused on delivering impactful customer-facing experiences. Responsibilities

• Help manage and enhance existing digital platforms while supporting ongoing optimization and modernization efforts.
• Prioritize competing business needs and adapt quickly as new initiatives and opportunities emerge.
• Ensure product features and enhancements are aligned with customer experience objectives and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product-focused role.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable user stories and product specifications.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with development teams in sprint-based environments.
• Experience creating product roadmaps, user flows, and customer journey documentation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting customer-facing digital products, websites, or online platforms.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira.
• Experience with digital content management, website enhancements, or internationalization initiatives.
• Additional project planning or project management experience is a plus.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
