1ST SHIFT | PAY RANGE $18.36-$20.00/HR

Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic team where you will work in various departments including Receiving/Unloading, Scanning/Inventory, Packing/Shipping, and Picking. Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, maintaining the organization of your station, and complying with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers using pallet jacks or carts.
• Sort incoming equipment such as modems, routers, and cable boxes.
• Scan barcodes using handheld RF scanners and ensure accurate logging of product serial numbers.
• Pack tested products into boxes with appropriate materials and label packages for outbound shipping.
• Use iPads to locate where items need to be picked from and manage quantities.
• Follow work instructions and meet production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
• Comply with safety standards and company policies.

Essential Skills

• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Proficiency in picking and packing.
• Skill in using RF scanners, loading, and pallet jacks.
• Order picking and general labor experience.
• Production experience.
• Must have experience with computers, laptops, and iPads.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Basic computer or scanner use experience.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlestown, IN.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.36 - $20.81/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
