Trabajador(a) General de Producción / Asociado(a) de Producción de Alimentos
Horario: Domingo a jueves, de 3:00 PM a 11:00 PM - $21.30/hr
Responsabilidades
- Preparar, ensamblar y empacar productos alimenticios.
- Agregar ingredientes y apoyar las líneas de producción.
- Inspeccionar los productos para asegurar la calidad.
- Seguir las normas de seguridad alimentaria y saneamiento.
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
- Trabajar en equipo para cumplir con las metas diarias de producción.
- Seguir todas las reglas de seguridad y usar el equipo de protección personal (PPE).
Requisitos
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante todo el turno.
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras.
- Comodidad trabajando en un ambiente de ritmo rápido.
- Ser responsable y tener buena asistencia.
- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y prestar atención a los detalles.
- Disposición para trabajar en áreas refrigeradas cuando sea necesario.
Experiencia Preferida
- Experiencia en producción de alimentos, manufactura, almacén o restaurantes.
- Experiencia en empaque, preparación de alimentos o inspección de calidad es una ventaja.
- Se aceptan candidatos bilingües y candidatos que hablen solo español.
Ambiente de Trabajo
- Planta de manufactura de alimentos.
- Uso obligatorio de equipo de protección personal (PPE).
- No se permite el uso de joyería, uñas postizas ni pestañas postizas en las áreas de producción.
- Oportunidades de tiempo completo y medio tiempo disponibles.
La duración mínima de la asignación es de 4 semanas, aunque la mayoría de las asignaciones duran entre 12 y 18 semanas. Los candidatos que tengan un buen desempeño, mantengan una asistencia confiable y cumplan con las expectativas de producción podrán tener la oportunidad de continuar trabajando después del período inicial. Muchas personas que sobresalen en el puesto suelen ser retenidas según su desempeño y las necesidades de la empresa.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.30 - $21.30/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
