Reach Truck Operator @ Aerotek

Reach Truck OperatorWe are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for safely moving, storing, and replenishing inventory using a Crown reach truck in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Crown reach trucks and deep reach forklifts to transport and store palletized products.
• Unload inbound freight and place inventory in designated rack locations.
• Perform replenishment by moving pallets from upper storage racks to lower pick locations.
• Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory movements and product locations.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Work efficiently to meet productivity and accuracy goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a reach truck or deep reach forklift is required.
• Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently and safely in a high-volume distribution center.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Willingness to work in both ambient and refrigerated warehouse areas.
• Willingness to provide 2 professional references.

Schedule

• Shift: 12:00 PM until production ends (typically 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
• Two consecutive days off each week (not on weekends). Will receive these days off on your first day.

Work Environment

• Room temp and refrigerated areas at this site.
• MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN REFRIDGERATED TEMPS. dry side is ambient temp (non climate controlled)

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
