Are you an experienced A&P Mechanic with hands-on experience maintaining Bombardier Challenger 300 aircraft? This is a full-time opportunity offering excellent compensation, a Monday-Friday schedule, and per diem assistance for qualified candidates traveling from outside the area.
What You'll Be Doing
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Bombardier Challenger 300 aircraft Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair aircraft mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Conduct inspections and ensure aircraft are maintained to FAA standards Complete maintenance documentation and logbook entries accurately Perform functional checks and operational testing following maintenance activities Work closely with inspectors, maintenance leads, and flight operations personnel Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Required Qualifications
Must-Haves
- Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- Proven hands-on maintenance experience with Bombardier Challenger 300 aircraft
- Strong understanding of FAA regulations and aircraft maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and maintenance documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work onsite in Naples, FL
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and around aircraft platforms
- Standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing throughout the workday
Compensation & Perks

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
