Industrial Maintenance Technician
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and production systems. This role is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and maintain industrial machinery, equipment, and production systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and perform timely repairs.
- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes to reduce recurring issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed repairs.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, motors, controls, and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience with PLCs, robotics, welding, or automated manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paris, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
