Job Title: Auto Detailer/LaborerJob DescriptionAs an Auto Detailer, you will focus on maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at our Market Hubs. You will coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum all inventory regularly.
• Complete a multi-point inspection on arriving inventory, including fuel level, safety features, drivability test, and proper display of all company and state disclosures.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Interact and communicate effectively with team members and management across all lines of the business.
• Adhere to regular and predictable attendance.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in labor tasks such as detailing and car washing.
• Ability to perform test driving and parking vehicles.
• Experience in general labor, detailing, and valet services.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights.
• Ability to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
• Requires standing for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping.
• Must work in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet, with potential fumes or odors.
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity required.
• Frequent driving and some typing required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
