Forklift Operator- Apply now for Mechanicsburg, PA!Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for an experienced forklift operator who enjoys working in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will operate a Crown Reach Truck to safely move, stock, and pick a variety of products, including cleaning supplies, industrial packaging materials, shrink wrap products, and other warehouse-related goods. You play a key role in supporting efficient order fulfillment and maintaining accurate inventory across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Crown Reach Truck to transport materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Pick and pull customer orders accurately using RF scanners and pick sheets.
• Retrieve products from racking systems and replenish inventory as needed to support ongoing operations.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products in designated areas while following safety guidelines.
• Handle products including cleaning chemicals, industrial packaging products, shrink wrap materials, and related warehouse inventory.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate product counts within the inventory management system.
• Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment before each shift and promptly report any safety concerns or maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices at all times.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and material handling tasks as needed to support the team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in material handling, loading, unloading, and general labor within a warehouse setting.
• Experience with order picking, production support, and forklift operating in a distribution environment.
• Familiarity with handling cleaning supplies, industrial packaging materials, shrink wrap products, and similar warehouse goods.
• Ability to use RF scanners for order picking and inventory tracking.
• Strong reliability and work ethic, with a focus on teamwork and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mechanicsburg, PA.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
