Seeking Shop Technician/Helper for growing, stable company. 1st shift, starting at $20-$22/hr. Job Description: The Shop Helper operates machinery and shop equipment to convert raw materials. This role supports the full production process, from mixing materials and preparing molds to basic machining, cleaning, and documentation,Skills/Qualifications:
• Experience working in a machine shop and around machinery in production environments. • Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. • Ability to read and follow written directions and work instructions. • Basic computer skills for logging production data and process information. • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely as part of daily duties. Dress is casual, but employees must wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, heat-resistant gloves, respirators, disposable gloves, and steel-toe boots, in accordance with safety guidelines. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of CONSHOHOCKEN, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
